This Privacy Policy explains how HeyZibi ("Zibi", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, chat interface, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact us so we can address your concerns.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data. Email address, display name, and authentication metadata required to create and secure your account.
  • Conversation content. Prompts, responses, and attachments you submit to the chat interface so we can deliver and improve answers.
  • On-chain context. Public wallet addresses you choose to share. We never request, store, or transmit private keys or seed phrases.
  • Usage and device data. Pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and approximate location for analytics and abuse prevention.
  • Billing data. Subscription tier and payment identifiers handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Personalize chat history, preferences, and recommendations.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Communicate with you about updates, billing, and support requests.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We use PostHog for product analytics, feature usage, and reliability monitoring. PostHog is configured to run in the US Cloud region.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing, model inference) bound by confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
  • Model providers when you opt to route a query through a third-party LLM. Your prompt is transmitted under that provider's terms.
  • Authorities when legally required, after validating the request to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Data Retention

Conversation history is retained for as long as your account is active so you can return to past sessions. You may delete individual chats or your entire account from settings; deletion is propagated to our backups within 30 days.

5. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, scoped access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and report suspected vulnerabilities to security@heyzibi.xyz.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Submit requests to privacy@heyzibi.xyz.

7. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us for prompt removal.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will post material changes on this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
